At Lynch TMJ Health, we've chosen two convenient locations to make specialized TMJ and orofacial pain care more accessible to patients throughout Central Maryland. Our offices are centrally located in the heart of Towson and Severna Park, providing easy access from Baltimore, Annapolis, and many surrounding communities. Whether you're visiting us for an initial evaluation or ongoing treatment, we strive to make every part of your experience (from finding our office to receiving one-on-one care) as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you'll find detailed directions, parking information, and helpful tips to ensure your visit starts with confidence.
OUR SEVERNA PARK OFFICE
Our Severna Park office is located at 770 Ritchie Highway, Suite W11, within Three I 2 Health & Fitness. Situated along Ritchie Highway (MD-2), the office is easy to reach from Severna Park, Arnold, Pasadena, Annapolis, and many surrounding communities.
If you're familiar with the area, you'll find us in the same building complex as Cafe Mezzanotte, one of Severna Park's well-known local restaurants. Complimentary on-site parking is available directly outside the building, providing convenient access just steps from our entrance.
After entering Three I 2 Health & Fitness, make your way to Suite W11, where you'll find Lynch TMJ Health. If you're visiting us for the first time, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can comfortably locate the office before your appointment begins.

OUR TOWSON OFFICE
Our Towson office is located at 200 Washington Avenue, Suite 408, on the 4th floor of Haven Coworking. The building is easily accessible from I-695, York Road, and surrounding major roadways, making it simple to reach whether you're traveling from Baltimore County or neighboring communities.
Several parking options are available within a short walk of the office. Metered street parking is available along the front of the Palisades apartment building on Washington Avenue. If you prefer garage parking, the nearby Washington Avenue Garage offers covered parking for a nominal fee. If you're looking for a complimentary option, patients are welcome to park in the American Legion parking lot located at 125 York Road, Towson, MD 21204, just a short walk from our office.
After entering Haven Coworking, take the elevator to the 4th floor, where you'll find Lynch TMJ Health. The main entrance to the building is unlocked Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If your appointment is scheduled before or after these hours, please text us at (410) 960-1601, and we'll be happy to unlock the entrance for you.
